Q1: Can I get one sample from your factory?

A: Yes, We don't have strict MOQ,one sample is welcomed too. Please send us details of your requirement.sample charge and express charge is yours.

Q2: Do you offer after-sales service?

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?

A: We offer 2 years, 3 years and 5 years after-sales service from the shipping date.If it is within the warranty period, the original factory will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service.

Q3:What’s the delivery time ?

1. About 5-7 working days for sample.
2. 20-30 working day for mass products production time. It is up to the quantity

Q4. What is the standard of package?

A. Usually we have neutral packing,Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

A.You’ll typically pay an initial balance. The remainder is due when the items are shipped.
1. 50% advanced payment. 50% balance payment.
2. We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal and Alipay.
3. Our shipping terms is EXW, FOB, CIF

Q9.What we need from you for an offer?

A.Kindly please send us product link or image, details of the product requirement (watt, voltage, color of light, control model, finish, quantity).
