Actually, we do not have strictly MOQ for non-customization product, more than 1 pc will do.
MOQ for customization item is restricted by housing maker, will confirm after your inquiry.
Q4. How to ship and what about the delivery time?
Air express / shipmnet for Small quantity; sea shipment for larger quantity.

Q5. How to place an order?
Firstly, please send us inquiry with details requirements and application of the light.
Then we submit our quotation sheet and may be some suggestion to you.
After that, an agreement is achieved about the price, payment term, delivery as well as the product itself.
Finally, production will be arranged after deposite received.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee?
Yes, standard 2 years warranty, 3years and 5 years on requested.
Q7: Do you have any certification?
Yes, we have CE&ROHS certification.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
